Petite warning: 5'1", ordered a size 4, and the skirt still dragged in flat sandals, let alone heels. Got three inches off and the tailor kept the original hem. Also the loose cut can swallow you if you're short,belt or heels help a lot.

Ordered a size 14 on the seller's advice after sending measurements, and they were right to say go up,the bodice has no give. Skirt is loose enough that sizing up didn't look bulky at all, which is rare with a flowy cut.

Honestly the white lace against the pink is prettier in person,it reads soft and expensive, not that cheap contrast you sometimes see. Mesh panels are genuinely see-through though, so plan on a nude slip or a cami if the event is on the conservative side.
