We were skeptical. The prices were so much cheaper than the boutiques and mega prom stores. But for the price and return policy, we decided to try them and we were so pleasantly surprised. The dress was exactly what my daughter wanted. It came in a good size box, and the garment was place inside-out inside a plastic bag. Thank goodness it WAS NOT vacuumed sealed and flattened. The dress was the exact color shown. The details are amazing. There aren't just layers of tulle/crinoline under the skirt. There's the sequined top layer, then a glitter layer, then a lace layer, then we get to the tulle. Because the cost is so good, we can take it to a good seamstress and get it properly altered (my daughter is very short). The availability of plus sizes was greatly appreciated.
