  • If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for easier alterations.
  • For fitted mermaid, sheath, satin, or structured styles, pay closest attention to bust, waist, and hips.

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the tape level across your back.

Tip: This is not your bra size. Wear the undergarments you plan to wear with the dress.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape comfortably snug, not tight.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Hollow to floor

Measure from the hollow at the base of your neck straight down to the floor while standing barefoot.

Tip: Standard dress length includes extra room for heels. For custom sizing, include your planned heel height.

Back shoulder width

Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other across your back.

Sleeve length

Measure from the shoulder seam to the wrist with your arm relaxed at your side.

Arm circumference

Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm. Leave enough ease for comfortable movement.

How to measure for a formal dress

  1. Use a soft measuring tape and ask someone to help for the most accurate result.
  2. Stand straight with your arms relaxed and your feet together.
  3. Measure over lightweight clothing or the undergarments you plan to wear.
  4. Keep the tape level and close to the body without pulling tight.
  5. Write down bust, waist, hips, and hollow to floor before comparing with the size chart.
For bridal party orders, ask everyone to measure on the same day and use the same unit. This helps keep sizing decisions consistent across the group.

Weight of the material is what sold me, none of that thin see through situation. Held up under bright sun during photos, nothing showed through that should not have.

Arrived earlier than promised and in perfect condition. Box was banged up on one corner but the dress inside was untouched, clearly packed right.

My daughter wore this to prom and loved it. Ordered a size 2 per the chart and only a tiny nip at the strap was needed. Her friends lost their minds when she got out of the car.

Pretty dress, happy with it, but the color skews cooler in daylight than on screen, more of a deep tone than bright. Still gorgeous, just different from what was pictured. Everything else was great.
